Exchange Policy
No RETURNS or REFUNDS are entertained. That’s why we advise you to read the product description, size charts carefully and make an informed decision. Our social media handles are available to answer any queries regarding the product.
Cotton Dimples only provides exchanges in the following conditions;
Defective item?
This includes stained or soiled or damaged product. Email us at cottondimplespk@gmail.com within a day of receiving the product with the pictures showing the defect. Alternatively, you can reach out to us on our social media handles. We will immediately file for an exchange of the product! Please do not remove tags from products.
Wrong Item?
This includes any product that has been wrongly dispatched to you as compared to the electronic order we have received against your Order Number. Please email us at cottondimplespk@gmail.com within a day of receiving the product with your order number and the picture of item you received. Alternatively, you can reach out to us on our social media handles. Please do not remove tags from products. We will immediately file for an exchange of the product! Please do not remove tags from products.
Wrong size?
Size Exchange Condition:
- You have only 2 days from the date of receiving the order to apply for an exchange
- Please send your order number first with a picture of products you received
- Product should be in original & perfect condition, tag should be intact
- Sale items are not applicable for exchange
- Customers can either pay Rs.400 for pickup and exchange of their items from their doorsteps or can opt to courier the exchange items to our warehouse and get the new sizes shipped to them at a courier cost of Rs.200.
- Exchange end to end process may take estimated 8-12 working days
Missing Items?
Missing items claims would be entertained only under the following conditions:
- If the customer receives an open or damaged parcel, the customer should take a picture or a video of opening the parcel. Cotton Dimples will not be liable to replace any missing item if this proof is not available.
- On receipt of an open or damaged parcel, the customer should record this complaint with the courier delivering the parcel.
- The customer should immediately contact Cotton Dimples instagram or facebook or whatsapp platforms with proofs of pictures of both unopened parcel and the contents of the parcel.
- The missing item would only be replaced after investigations from Cotton Dimples end. The customer would be expected to patiently wait for the result of this investigation.
Conditions in which exchange is NOT entertained
- Items bought in SALES or PROMOTIONS.
- Change of heart and mind regarding the purchase of a product.
- Items without tags and proper packaging.
- Items that have been opened and used.
- Items for which pictures haven’t been provided through our social handles.
- Items that have not been reported for exchange within 2 days of receiving the order.

Process for Size Exchange
- Send us an email/ message or contact us any of the above social media handles mentioning the reason for the exchange with your order number. You would also be sending us the pictures of the product that you received. We can ask for more pictures of the product if required.

Once our management agrees on the exchange, we will be providing you two options; one, you opt to send the item to our warehouse for which we would provide you our warehouse address. In this case, our courier delivering you the new item/size would receive a sum of Rs.200 from you as courier charges. Second, you can also opt to get the item/size picked up and exchanged from our courier at a cost of Rs.400. For both the processes, we would ensure that the product is in saleable condition with tags intact.
- For wrong and defective items, no courier charges would be charged and we would pick and exchange the items/sizes from your doorsteps
- Please allow 10-12 working days for this process to take place.
